Hiring comprises two aspects: local and foreign staff. HK&A and its DPRK partner only hire personnel graduated from the most prestigious universities in the country, a nation renowned for its rigorous educational system - notably Kim Il Sung University College of Law.
With respect to foreign staff, HK&A maintains controlled growth, and in that regard hires a small number of foreign staff who meet the demanding standards of working in a both fascinating and at times demanding -- but always fasvinating -- culture. In this regard, the firm offers both employment internships and also exchange internships. With respect to the latter, the firm therefore is developing links with numerous law and accounting firms worldwide, and welcomes inquiries regarding exchange programs with suitable firms.
