HK&A's strict policy precludes undertaking, or discussing the
possibility of undertaking, work of any kind for any individual, corporation
or other entity ("Party") that seeks or attempts to violate or otherwise
unlawfully circumvent any restrictions which may apply to such Party
or any other Party, under applicable national law of that Party's
state or nation and/or the laws of another state or nation, including, but not restricted to,
national security restrictions, export controls and international
treaties, including, but by no means limited to, the Wassenaar
Arrangement. It is the responsibility of clients and potential
clients to ensure continuing compliance with their domestic and international
obligations.Continued communication, regarding project work,
with HK&A and/or its representative(s), employees or agents,
constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of this continuing policy and a
binding warranty and commitment by the sender to HK&A, its directors,
its component entities, officers, associates, employees and
beneficial owner(s), if any, to the effect that no such activity is
attempted or otherwise involved.
